Roll N Cut Mat
Piping Gel
1 box White Rolled Fondant*

Icing Colors – at least 2

9” Tapered Spatula
Optional: Course 3 Student Guide

One 8” cake on an 8” board, torted and iced smooth with buttercream icing

Apron
Scissors
Disposable cloth or paper towels

Toothpicks

Damp cloth in plastic bag
Gallon size plastic bags for cleanup
Container to transport the cake
