Course 1 Student Kit
Course 1 Student Guide (recommended)

Wilton Icing Colors

Wilton Creamy Decorator Icing

6-8 uniced standard cupcakes
1 recipe of class buttercream icing (if not using Wilton Decorator Icing)
Disposable cloth or paper towels
Small bottle of water (squeeze bottle recommended)
Waxed or parchment paper
Silicone spatulas
Disposable cups or bowls for mixing icing
Damp cloth in plastic bag (for clean-up)
Gallon size plastic bags (for clean-up)


The Wilton project classes are created to introduce you to all the basic skills of cake decorating.

It’s important to be well prepared, that will give us more time for practice at class.
